Job Scope
- Player Support: Addressing player queries and concerns via various channels such as email or ticketing systems. This involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with gameplay mechanics, and providing general assistance.
- Complaint Management: Handling player complaints in a timely and professional manner. This includes investigating issues, empathizing with players, and providing appropriate resolutions to ensure player satisfaction.
- Feedback Consolidation: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing player feedback and suggestions. This could involve categorizing feedback based on common themes, prioritizing feature requests, and communicating this feedback to relevant teams such as development or marketing.
- Store Review Management: Monitoring and responding to reviews on platforms like the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. This involves addressing both positive and negative reviews, thanking players for positive feedback, and addressing concerns or criticisms constructively.
- Social Media Management: Engaging with players on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, or Discord. This could include responding to comments and messages, sharing updates and announcements, and fostering a sense of community among players.
- Community Engagement: Organizing and participating in community events, contests, or forums to foster a positive and active player community. This helps to build rapport with players and encourages ongoing engagement with the game.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of player interactions, feedback, and resolutions. This information can be used to identify trends, track the effectiveness of support efforts, and inform future decision-making.
Requirements
- Passionate about gaming.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin fluently to communicate with internal stakeholders in China.
- Business understanding, logical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Marketing Creative Designer (Mobile Games)
Job Responsibilities
- Create and design graphic content for mobile game products, including game icons, key visuals (KV), store images, feature graphics, and advertising materials.
- Collaborate with R&D art and User Acquisition (UA) teams to develop visually appealing and effective marketing assets.
- Demonstrate a passion for games and familiarity with top-tier game content from major mainstream developers, with knowledge spanning at least one other game category.
- Understand and uphold the brand style of various games, working closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage UA effect advertising cooperation, execute key visual tasks, develop creative proposals, and refine materials based on advertising performance data.
Job Requirements
- Strong foundation in art and design, with proficiency in cartoon styles and advanced Photoshop synthesis skills.
- Familiarity with mainstream game engines and basic rendering techniques is preferred.
- Broad knowledge of domestic and international game design trends, with insights into games, animation, and movies, and a systematic understanding of various visual styles and thematic elements.
- Excellent comprehension and cross-departmental communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
- Capable of providing innovative and effective creative visual solutions, and executing key visual tasks with precision.
- Possess a proactive, innovative mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork.
